Option 1

$40.00 - Test and processing, meet at our Edmond office ($25 for test plus $15 process fee and use of car included)  GO TO ANY TAG AGENCY

Option 2 

$80.00 -Test.  Plus, 30 minutes practice with an instructor and Champion can now process the paperwork (NO DPS).  Go to tag agency. DONE!  Student must come to our Edmond office for practice and test.

Option 3 

$80.00 - Test and processing.   Champion will accompany student to the tag agency to obtain intermediate license (SAVING TIME-NO DPS) and take home or back to school.  Student must come to our  Edmond office.

Option 4

$120.00 - Test.   Plus, 30 minutes practice with an instructor.  Champion can process the paperwork! (PAPERWORK PREVIOUSLY DONE BY DPS) Instructor will accompany student to the tag agency to obtain intermediate license.  Champion will return him/her home or to school.  Student must come to our Edmond office.

Option 5 - The Works!

$150.00 - Champion will pick up at home/school 1 hour before test, 45 minutes practice with an instructor,  and test and processing at our Edmond office.  (MAKE YOUR LIFE SIMPLE) We will accompany student to the tag agency to obtain Intermediate license. Champion will return him/her home or to school.

 Cost $25.00 at tag agency to obtain Intermeidate license. ( Make checks payable to O.T.C.-Oklahoma Tax Commision)

 *if parent is not present, must have AFFIDAVIT of DRIVING TRAINING signed and notarized. (affidavit is the proof of 50 hours practice driving with parent)
